MINNERS TO WINNERS

Have you seen that TV show called 'Minute to Win it'? Quality program.

It's a game show where contestants have to complete a simple challenge within a minute. The prize money system works in much the same way as 'Who Wants to be a Millionaire'.

Anyway, a little while ago we decided to give it a crack.

TASK #1:
Juggle 3 balloons in the air for 60 seconds.
(It's harder than it looks.)

TASK #2:
Transport 10 cotton balls from point A to B using only vaseline and your nose within 60 seconds.
(Too easy.)

TASK #3:
Remove the entire contents of a 170 piece tissue box, one tissue at a time within 60 seconds.
(For multi award-winning Wanker of the Week, James's performance was dismal. I dominated that one. Lift your game, boys. Something's not right.)

TASK #4
With a tissue box filled with 10 ping-pong balls strapped to your waist, empty the entire contents of the box within 60 seconds.
(A lesson in looking retarded and losing one's dignity. The sequence of Speer is so short not only because he completed the task in about 4 seconds flat, but because after the first second I was in tears with laughter and was unable to hold the camera.)

TASK #5:
Using only your mouth, thread 6 pieces of penne onto a strand of spaghetti within 60 seconds.
(Make way for the Italian.)

By the end of the competition we somehow managed to pull off a 5-way draw.
WE'RE ALL WINNERS!!

And a little post-competition competition:

A bit of bop-it on the side.

Despite Speer winning that particular bop-it championship, Min-Yee Hall remains the undisputed Master of bop-it, unequalled in skill, speed, accuracy and finesse by any other competitor.

In the words of Shaquille O'Neal,
"Excellence is not a singular act but a habit. You are what you do repeatedly."

Sorry, Speer.

It's just a game.

The important thing is that we all had fun!
