VIEW FROM THE TOP

Took these photos of the view from (you guessed it) the third floor balcony at Richmond last week.

Just under a year ago we moved into that house, and on one of the final days before we officially up and left Black Rock I remember I volunteered to write down Dad's 'to do' list for the day. It was an exercise in dictation. The other day he found that list.

It read:

.
.
.
.
.
.
.
.
.
.
.
.
.
.
.
(Yep, I'm pretty hilarious. Who would have thought that such a simple, mundane task of writing a 'to do' list could turn into an exercise in spontaneous comedy.
"Dad! Dad! Say 'beat up Martin.'"
"Why?"
"Just say it!"
"Beat up Martin."
*writes* "Eat up Martha." *giggles*
'Do Anal check' was also my own addition. And I'm pretty sure 'Lighten boiler beat' is code for something that sounded similar, but whatever that joke was has been lost in the sands of time.)

The nylex sign is my favourite site in Richmond. Couldn't tell you why. Can't seem to stop taking photos of it either. Don't worry friends, the end is nigh.

SUBLIMINAL

Here's a photo that was taken by Natasha on my camera in Tasmania at the back end of last year. The image always looked remarkably familiar for some reason.
A while back I figured out why.

Now I'm just drawing parallels here, but seriously, look at the evidence.

We have been brainwashed by our education system.
TELL ME I'M WRONG.

Photobucket

That's just freaking creepy.

CITY LIGHTS

Sleeping is boring anyway. I'd rather not.
