LIFE DRAWING

Or lack there of.

One would assume that some form of drawing tuition would be of paramount importance to a drawing course. Apparently not. Life drawing is no longer part of the 2nd and 3rd year drawing curriculum at the Melbourne University Victorian College of the Arts and Music. It used to be, alas there is simply not enough funding to support this element of the course.

Jackie Chiles: It's outrageous, egregious, preposterous!
Cosmo Kramer: It's definitely preposterous.

So we've had to make do with what we've got. Drawing each other has become a common occurrence in the studios. This is what I've produced in response to the situation. Classes were conducted by Zac from 1st year sculpture, and Andre from 2nd year drawing.
